Our main objective is to improve the quality of life of the underprivileged and marginalized people. We are determined to replace their despair with hope, their fear with security, and their ignorance with knowledge. All of us, as members of the civil society, are responsible for the welfare of the people in need. We believe in working together for giving them the opportunity to have access to education, healthcare, sufficient & nutritious food, acquire skills for generating income, clean water and a pollution-free environment.

What is PRERNA- ‘Best Guardian’?

PRERNA- ‘Best Guardian’, is a platform between the needy children and donors, educators, parents, advocates, researchers & to provide support to needy children whose lives have been disrupted by the lack of education and adequate basic amenities. These students lack the stability and peace of mind we all hope to be able to give our children. We are on the front lines identifying, enrolling, and coordinating services for needy children and youth particularly for education & health. In academic settings, students gain the skills and support needed to avoid poverty and homelessness as adults. You will be very proud if you extend able help to any of these needy children.

Four steps to become a PRERNA- ‘BEST GUARDIAN’:

Step 1: Register with PRERNA for free and Find a ‘BEST CHILD’ you would like to support. (If you are a foreign citizen or NRI, you can support a ‘BEST CHILD’ with FCRA)

Step 2: Assess the child's needs from his/her profile and decide an amount you want to donate.

Step 3: Contribute the required amount to the PRERNA (If you want to check, please click PRERNA DETAILS, and our CREDIBILITY CRITERIA before you make a decision)

Step 4: Monitor the progress of your ‘Best Child’ through regular updates on their profile page. (Also view the Annual Report of PRERNA (CHECK YOUR ENTITLEMENTS)
